reid and taylor — Unsatisfactory Service

Paid around INR10,000.0 for the material and Stitched suit. 5 trials and yet the fit is not perfect. Delayed calls for trials and also no respect for customers time and opinion. Hope some action is Taken

I got 2 complete suit pieces and got it stitched there too.. They asked me to come for trial on a date. it was faulty so sent it for altering. After a few days I came to collect finished suit.. It was in a pathetic shape wherein i couldnt sit or stand wearing the same. I asked them to redo the pants . Again I came for trial. It was horrible as ever. It is very disappointing. I had to take material again and give for stitching elsewhere. Making a customer travel up and down unnecessarily for your faulty stitching is unacceptable. I will never step into the shop again nor recommend it to anyone.

I had some initial good experience with Reid & Taylor tailoring at its showroom at Jubilee Hills, Hyderabad since 2009. But since beginning of this year it was pretty sad experiences for several occasions. I ordered three trousers, three shirts and it was always way far from fittings and I had to travel 5 to 6 times but tey persons there are not sincere. The last complaint was that two trousers are to be altered by reducing waist by one inch. Though they promised to complete the task by two days, I had to visit them twice and it was not ready for more than a week. Finally I expressed my annoyance and they promised to deliver the trousers at my residence. They did so today and to my surprise, the trousers are not altered at all. It as bad as I have given them.
