My bill for Reliance 3G this month came to Rs 7,100. The previous month on a prepaid data card I only paid Rs 799 and did not even use the full amount. Then I decided to switch to postpaid and assumed it would range around 800 as I had not used the full allowance the previous month.
Horror of horrors - my bill came out to Rs 7100.
HOW DOES A COMPANY CHARGE YOU RS7100 FOR A SERVICE WHEN UNLIMITED COSTS YOU RS 1199. AND THEY REFUSE TO REDUCE MY BILL.
