Reliance Blackberry Services — loss due to instruction of executives

Sir,I m user of [protected] since I had activated my blackberry plan 398 due to wrong instruction given by various executive I had to suffer from various losses approx RS375.All executives like Mr.ahmad,amit.milin.ranjit and etc are having different settings option for the same handset.One is saying use reliance.ada another is saying use relianceada,one is saying to wipe the handset then another is saying to check the sim in another handset and bla bla bla exuces are made by them for deduction and not providing detail about deduction.since from 3 days I m had to suffer a lot and they are not making complaint for it and not provind detail also.plz plz plz solve my problem and wever my balance back.THANKYOU
