Sir, Following is the complaint and request for immediate waiving of arrears of Rs.2000/odd bill compulsively forced on this consumer after installing the broadband net connection plus the landline. The complaint is self-explainatory. So far no positive response has been received. But every alternate day or two they ask me to make the payment instead of attending on my complaint for waiving of the Rs.2000/odd amount of bill sent to me. To top it all, even my Complaint no.[protected] dated 1.10.2009 has not been attended to so far. I request your good offices to kindly intervene and help me in this regard and safeguard the interest of an innocent customer like me from the clutches of this Reliance company.Thanking you, Y.F.VIKRAM NEW DELHI

With great anguish I bring to your kindself the following glaring blunders committed ‘deliberately’ by your executive in the process of fixing broadband connections on my computer in the month of August-2009. While I had applied for only one single connection No.[protected]broadband ) on my computer, how I was given the second connection No.I.D.No.[protected] and charged Rs.959/ for the same, which is not only shocking but unreasonably charged as it is without my knowledge provided by one Mr.Pankaj and is a case of swindling the innocent customer. Besides, the charges of Rs.1,000/ is totally unreasonable too and should be immediately waived. Voice charges have been levied as 723/ on landline phone no.30822771 on minimal usage and no break up has been given in the bill for the same.

I therefore urge you to immediately waive off completely the RS.959/PLUS 1,000/unreasonably levied in the bill and this connection alongwith landline phone should immediately be struck off your records and disconnected with immediate effect from the date of my lodging complaint No.[protected] on 1st October-2009 itself thru the reliance customer care service.

It's not working since today morning. My no. is [protected].
The company(Reliance) should be pulled into Consumer Court and heavy compensation (Minimum Rs.1 lac) should be claimed to teach them a lesson. Very soon I am going to do it.
