my shop resides n no:5A, natraj nagar, selaiyur, chennai - 600073. i brought a coin box phone 3 years back during which the service of the staff is very poor. Now, the wire of the phone is damaged and the official is demanding a sum of Rs. 150 for the replacement. I also have a balance of Rs. 3000 in the phone without any validity. We would like to subscribe a top up by which only the validity will increase and the balance remaining the same. But the official whom we have contact is refusing to do so. And also his service is very poor where he attends to our requests over the phone only after a week and also being rude to your customers. Kindly attend to the matter as soon as possible.
