[Resolved]  Reliance Global Call — Cannot cancel account - being charged falsely

I too am having the same problem. The Reliance Customer Service group makes it most convenient to cancel the account without going into their office. This is ridiculous. If someone is unable to go into their office, then what does one do? And no one from the company is ready to come to the residence to entertain a cancellation...In this high-tech environment today, is this poor low-level service not a shame for a big company like reliance...It is not at all a user-friendly company and cares only to make sales...If this goes on longer without a change soon, the company is sadly bound to fail...
Success comes only when one thinks only to give best service to all and not to one who only lays priority on making loads of profit and money...This has been well-proven from time immemorial...

Reliance Global Call — Remove my credit card information

Hi,

I have had a reliance account to make a international calls for about 4 months now. I was living then in the Bahrain . I have now moved to Dubai, and have no use for this account. I have made several attempts to cancel the credit card information, but have not been able to. Not only is the customer service rude and terrible - they refuse the cancel the my credit card information and they just refuse to help!

Need some help / advise...
