Reliance Home Finance Private Ltd — ASKING FOR BRIBE AND REJECTION OF LOAN

Dear Sir/Madam,

I have applied home loan from Reliance Capital ltd, consumer finance company in New Friends Colony New Delhi.Their sales person took all my documents along with the check of Rs 3550 and login my file. Then four days later credit manager Mr NITIN KAUSHIK ([protected]) called up for PD and he wants to meet my father. A day later he had a meeting with my father and asked for the COMMISSION. My father refuses to give him any comission so he cancelled my loan giving very wiered answers that you are unmarried and we dont give loans to aviation industry.

I have infact called and went to reliance consumer finance to collect the money as it was not my fault if they dont know before coming to my place what is their company policy. So i asked my money back if they are not approving me a loan, they agreed that time but when i came back to my place they refusesto give my money aswell.

My question is,

1. why should I pay the fine if the mistake is of Reliance Capital?
2. why they are not approving my loan if its a genuine case??
3. I spoke to the manager here in Delhi about the same and requested him to give me loan as it is a clear case and he agreed for the same before (this was conversation in Reliance Finance ltd office) but now he is not giving me a loan as well as my money back.
4. who will compensate for my nine days they wasted when they dont want to approve my loan intensionally.

please help me to either get back my money or in approving the loan
