[Resolved]  reliance internet/telephone connection — my internet / phone connection never work & i lost Rs1499/-+ 170. SHOULD I PAY ANY MORE

my phone has been de-activated on ground of negative verification.

but actual facts are these:

on verification in month of february-09 all documents were checked even my registry of house also checked.

but no one told me that verification was negative.

this phone was not activated but a bill of Rs161/- raised on me . i was surprise how can you raise the bill while phone was not activated.

after my repeated requested this phone was activated on 08.04.09 with a new number [protected] . but internet connection was not working . I reqested to customer care 3 times to remove the problem & un-neccessary bill which was raised by you.

they told me that problem will be solve with in 48 hours. but no one told me that verification was negative.

The problem was not solved but i got a massage that outgoing calls has been closed as you did't pay the bill. on 11.04.09.

and on 12.04.09 phone has been de-attached finaly.

i contacted to your office on sector - 18. they told me that your verification has been negative.

I AM SURPRISED THAT IF THIS WAS VERIFIED NEGATIVE WHY THIS PHONE WAS ACTIVATED ON 08.04.09 AND IF THIS WAS VERIFIED POSITIVE. WHY THIS WAS DE-ATTACHED. WHY UN-REQUIRED BILL WAS RAISED WHILE THIS PHONE WAS NOT ACTIVATED.


WHY DID YOU MAKE ME FRUSTATE FOR 3 MONTHS . WHY DID YOU NOT TELL ME THAT PHONE WAS NEGATIVE. AFTER MY REPEATED TELEPHONIC COMPLAINED & MAILES NO BODY TOLD ME THIS WAS NEGATIVE VERIFICATION.

YOU ARE ONCE AGAIN REQUESTED TO PL. SOLVE THE PROBLEM . REVERSE ALL UN- REQUIRED BILL RAISED ON ME TILL THIS PHONE & INTERNET CONNETION WORKING.

IF YOU ARE NOT ABLE TO REMOVE THE PROBLEM, PL. GET COLLECTED YOU INSTRUMENT FROM ME & REFUND MY ALL MONEY Rs1499/- GIVEN AT TIME OF CONNECTION BOOKING & Rs170/- PAID ON 15.04.09 UNDER PROTEST i.e. Rs1669/-

earlier a phone number : [protected] which was never activated while i requested regularly and tried regulary to activate .

on 08.04.09 it has been activate.

but i was surprised to see that my phone number has been change and noiw that was [protected]

now my reliance mobile/ broadband connection has been activated on date 08.04.09.

but regret that connection is not working properly but i have got a bl of Rs168/-.

i complaind to custmer care department & a supervisor mr khalid masood, they all assured me that problem will be resolve very soon.

but regret to say that action of them is still awaited.

you are requested to pl. depute someone to remove the problem & cancell the bl which is raised in my name because till phone was not activated how can you raise the bill

your early action will be highly appreciable.
