Reg no-DL3cay-4147,
Claim no-[protected],
I had made cash payment of Rs 27000 on 21st july 09 after reliance has confirmed me that Cashless Facility is Stopped with M/S Vivekautomobiles,
After giving call in Reliance office I came to know that cheque is made in the name of dealer vivekautomobiles,
Now i am running for my own Money to reliance office and Dealer,
please help me to come up from this problem

Reliance Motor Insurance — non payment of claim
my customer has a innova which is insured by reliance ins. under policy no.[protected] cover note no.[protected]. on April 2010 a relince agent aproached Mr. Singh & given him quote of 12000 for ipolicy renewal Mr. Singh gave him a chq. of 12000/ . after 15 days the agent came & demanded 3150 more for short payment . Mr. singh given him a chq. of 3150/ which got bounced due to technical reasons. after that Mr. Singh told the agent to collect the amt. in cash with him but no one came to collect. after seven months the vehical got damaged in an accident, we registered the claim no.[protected] ,surveyor came & aproved repair, the vehical got repaired, final reinspection done by surveyor , we submitted the bills to him. after 15 days when we enquired about the payment we are informed that the policy is an INACTIVE policy.We can not get any claim of this policy. then we approached to relince claims office at Ghatkopar they sent us to sales office at Thane. when we enquired about this they told us that Relince will refund our 12000. what is this? why they not returned the amt when the 3150 chq. got bounced? why they not informed Mr. Singh that your policy is an INACTIVE policy You can not get any claim of it when we registerd the claim ?
