I am Rajiv Ranjan Singh. I have 100 Debentures in physical form which have been allotted by Reliance Polyethylene Limited. Sir, i want to know, what is present status of these debentures. Further, I am also informing that I have not received any dividend also in respect of above debentures. Please help me in the matter and also guide me how to get its either maturity payment or make it transfer in the form of shares/debentures on the present value of above debentures. We have 200 16% secured optionally fully convertible debentures of reliance polypropylene limited which were issued on 20th of may 1993. Debentures are issued under two folio no : 72856279, 72857062 containing 100 each . Certificate no are 00094025 and 00094030 respectively ..

After the merger of the company we haven’t received any shares or debentures etc from the parent company .

Please look into the matter to the earliest and update

I am share holder of Reliance polyethylene limited(RPEL). RPEL company name has been changed reliance industries limited. I have 100 shares with certificate number 00074575 and master folio number 67553713. After the company merger I have not received the share value invested in the company. please issue the new share certificate in the name of reliance industries limited
