HI, Please refer the mail chain below and let me know this - 1. Initially I was told that I need to pay an extra 323(rental)+13(usage) for the exit from Reliace Services. 2. I asked for what period this rental is needed and you raised a new request for just verifying this information. Now the next mail I get says that I need to pay Rs. 509 for the exit from Reliance services. What logic?3. FYI. I am not in India since october end and am not using your services for whatsoever reason. Please don't raise a new request for answering this simple mail and adding another 8 business days to the entire transaction which would again raise my costs but do nothing to you. I believe that as customers we expect a little sensitivity. Request you to please confirm with "Mr. Bhupendra Sandey" as well. I was communicating with him regarding this. I am currenlty using a Reliance India calling card for making calls to India. If you want more clarifications, please talk to me at +[protected] RegardsSandeep Upadhyay
