[Resolved]  RELIANCEONE — Membership card not received

Membership card not received
I have taken the RelianceOne membership and was issued a paper temparory card bearing no. [protected] almost a year back.
Till date despite speaking to their customer care executive, I have not received my permanent card and have been accuring points on the paper card.
The paper today is in such conditions that the bard code behind, is almost unreadable as a result that whatsoever points I accured are almost lost.
Can the competetnt authorities look into the case ?

i also have a relianceone temporary card bearing no: [protected]. but i have not received a permanent card as yet...
