Respected Sir/Madam,
Through this forum, i would like to draw the attention of concerned authorities towards a major problem that the Indian Passport Authority was issue a Passport to Smt. Baljit Kaur W/o. Piarjit Singh S/o. Late Sh. Daljit Singh, D/o. Sh. Kabal Singh, passport No. H 8520400, Issue date[protected] & Expiry date[protected]copy attached). We have two Children’s six year old & four year old. After all she’s prove as irresponsible wife and careless mother. Unfortunately her involvement in bad things/ activities, adulteress work, meet to some wrong persons. I decided take divorce from her. Then i Piarjit Singh S/o. Late Sh. Daljit Singh S/o. Late Sh. Ishwar Singh R/o. # 104-C, Chhaju Majra Colony, Sector-5, Tehsil- Kharar, Distt. S. A. S. Nagar/ Mohali, & Smt. Baljit Kaur D/o. Sh. Kabal Singh S/o. Late Sh. Teja Singh R/o. # 5456, Maloya Colony (as she mention Address in the Court.), submit mutual divorce case in the Court of Additional Distt. Judge, S. A. S. Nagar/ Mohali on[protected].
After submission Divorce Case, Court give us date[protected] for Degree. But Smt. Baljit Kaur D/o. Sh. Kabal Singh going abroad in the accordance of her Family But without inform me & without Permission of Court. For this some bad persons help her taking Tourist Visa for 3 months of Dubai (Arab Emirates). She take Visa for Dubai but she working as Bar Dancer, illegally in Ajman of Dubai Mujra Rangilla Beach Hotel, whose Owner/M.D. are Mtr. Kumar and General Manager of Bar is Mr. Satya (as she was tell me by Mob. No. +[protected] & [protected], given by said Hotel). When i remind her about date of Court Case. She tell me that she will come back in India for attend till date of Divorce Case in court. But she make concoction story, aberrant to Hotel Management, lie me and extend Tourist Visa with the accordance of said Hotel Management for 3 month more by Oman Embassy/Immigration, between[protected] to[protected] and not attend said date of Court Case 03-03-11.Now Honeb’l Distt. Judge given next last Court date[protected]. About this date I tell her by my Mob. Phone but she does not given any response about this subject and not serious about it. This type of her behavior and as she extend Tourist Visa for own benefit shows that she doing some wrong work here. What is true, Hotel Management better knows and why Hotel Management help her to extend Visa, they better explain about it. She is Just like a illiterate, only 7th Class Passed and only speak in Hindi/Punjabi. Now she rest in Ajman in said Hotel as Bar Dancer. The Maturity month of Tourist Visa is in April. After maturity of 3 month Visa may be very possible she again trying to Extend Tourist Visa more by help of said Hotel Management for own benefit to harass me. If she not attend said date, the said Hotel Management will be answerable for this.
So I Humbly request you kindly take necessary action to cancel her Tourist Visa, cam back him in India to attend Court or stop/ stay on her any type of Dubai/Ajman of Visa please and cam back her India to attend said date of Court. I will very grateful to you, awaiting your reply.
