Iam sajna.i wrote this letter in second time.after my first complaint lottoclail department contacted me and they gave me the further procedure of my account.this is not a complaint.i need some help from your said.lotto claim dept contacted me and instructed me pls deposit the amount 12000rs for card activation charge.after deposit the amount the reserve bank verification department told me that my account is automatically deactivated.so pls deposit the amount 5600rs for account reactivation charge.then the lotto claim department informed me your account will credited on tuesday and rederve bank will contacted you for confirmation on tuesday.but till now they didnot make a call or mail.i forwarded the mail from reserve bank to this mail
