Request to remove the unauthorized construction on horticulture land with nuisance to be demolished at the earliest
Dear Sir,
This is to bring to your notice that, I am a resident of multan nagar area, rohini zone opposite to paschim vihar and wish to inform you that there is serious unauthorized construction present in our locality on horticulture land with nuisance at a triangular park adjacent to sarvodaya vidhyalaya, new multan nagar in front of A block and hari singh park which has made the life of the residents miserable.
Being a special category of community, taking unwanted advantage by making a very small temple which is never used or rarely for the purpose, all members of that community are creating nuisance saying that no body can do any harm to them in spite of their indecent behavior and nuisance which they create frequently while living at unauthorized construction at the aforesaid address.
Most of them are employed with either government or autonomous bodies and getting all benefits as given to everyone being reserved .
Earlier the premises were kacha structure and now they all are well with excellent modern facilities and even keeping tenants for earning good amount to add to their livelihood.
They had cut trees and done construction even on the road which has become narrow.
Making nuisance by collecting all the garbages in front of other’s houses and during their functions, used to play music at full strength so that no body opposes them as knowing the fact that no one can stop them. Used to misuse electricity at all occasions .
Most of them are having their own properties, even then not moving to that, retaining themselves at the said address and getting benefit of living in best of location and facilities.
Such unauthorised construction is a serious threat to the peaceful living of this residential area and it is therefore prayed before your goodself that immediate action should be taken against him to remove the illegal construction and to demolish the unauthorized structure so that the originality is restored for making the town beautiful and as per the norms.
The parks are meant for locals to support in living, but when occupied by encroachers then the health and happiness of the adjacent people is affected.
Kindly do the needful for the earliest restoration of horti-culture park and peace of the locality.
