[Resolved]  residential meter — exorbitanat bill

Dear Sir,
This complain is for unexpected high electricity bill for my residence.the complain made to msedc is reproduced for your reference. I need your hepl to resolve the problem as approaching msedc seem a piller to post run with no result.

meter no.[protected] recorded in bill.(photo graph in bill shows meter no.4048309)
this refers to our earlier complain dated 6.10.09 submitted your Asst.Accountant.MSEDC,ltd.Kolshet Sub Divi .thane west for the same.
It was assured that your meter will be checked and replaced immediately.
There after we made number of call to your owal office on tel 25970420 and mob [protected] mr.a.n.patil, as directed by the person concern while submitting complain.
but till today even after more than 2 and half month is over and nothing has been done.except false assurances.
For your information we have 2 bed room , hall, kitchen flat and have minimum appliances like tv, fridge,washing machine(used for 2 hrs,)geyser used for 3 bucket hot water ,.
the average unit consumption should not be more than150 units.
To our surprise the bill for last month was 155 units without doing any thing by your dept and without doing any thing by us.HOW come this happens.
But again this month it has shown 352 units.
there is some thing wrong some where.and we as a user paying for no fault o[censored]s.
As a responsible citizen we are paying the bill regularly irrespective off the amount.but this has crossed the limits. you must stop this immediately and get the meter -bill corrected to the normal acceptable limit.if nothing is done we will be forced to stop the payment and you will no right to cut our supply till our meter is corrected.
With this I once again request to get the same rectified and reverse the access payment collected from me to my account during the last one year.

residential — WRONG BILL- OF WRONG METER & CONSUMER NO.

Iam currently receiving a third bill with the wrong meter no. and wrong consumer no. which does not belong to my flat no. All the bills are returned with the necessary complaint letter duly acknowleded.

ON CONTACTING MR. MOHANAN ENGINEER, NO PROGRESS IN ISSUE OF CORRECT BILL WITH THE CORRECT METER NO., CONSUMER NO. AND CORRECT NAME.
MSDECL THREATNING TO DISCONNECT MY ELECTRIC POWER FOR NOT PAYING THE WRONG BILL.

we are very depressed with the services provded by you .almost six months before our meter caught fire we complaint your personnel and they change the connection .till now no one has come to change the faulty meter , kndly do it at the earliest.

residential — Health Hazard

A Great Health Hazard and public Nonsense
Thakur Complex – Kandivli (East), an open place - next to Suruchi Restaurant and before Gayatri Darshan building has been a breeding ground for Pigs and Swine. To make matter worse – dogs are eating live piglets on open streets and leaving behind the carcasses of the piglets openly in the street. Everyday – people around that open area faces loud and obnoxious sound from the Swine and Pigs – when they are attacked by the street dogs. Kids are frightened to go nearby and health has become compromised from all angle.
