The Chennai office of your company has installed a DSL server inside our campus without proper approval of the governing committee of the society since november 2003 and has not paid any rental for the same.Though there was a demand for Rs.2500 p.m since november 2003, the chennai office has not responded so far. The executive committee of the association did not approve of the action of the then secretary who had availed some personal sops from the company.
The rent offered by the chennai office since april 2008 is also not resonable compared to the market rental prevailing in this area.
They have not replied our registered letter since 30 days.
Please look into the matter and arrange to settle the issue as early as possible, as the location of the DSL comes in the way of expansion of our office premises.
