Dear Sir, 1. I have a SB Acct (A/C No - [protected]) in SBI Haldibari in West Bengal (Code- 10094) and the same acct being operating from Lucknow. On 03 mar 09 when I was drawing an amount of Rs 40000/- from the ATM of SBI Patiala, Sansad Marg , Lucknow. I found that an amount of Rs 15000/- has been debited erroneously. I had given the written application to both the Br Mgr of SBI Haldibari and SBI Patiala, Lucknow Br but till this moment I could not get my said amount credited. 2. Retired — ATMs not working

Dear Sir,

I am an SBI cutomer and maintaing my SB account in Janakpuri, Branch for the last over 30 Years. My SB account No. is [protected]. I am availing ATM facility mostly at ATM installed in B_1 Block Janakpuri Comunity centre. I have noticed that this ATM machine very often does not work and it remains so for 3/4 days continuouly. Senior citizens like me are put to dificulty unnecesarily when we need immediate cash for urgent needs. For the lat 3 days I have been going to ATMs installed in Distric centre and B-! Block community centre and found both these machines are not working for 3 days.

Please pay some attention to the dificulties of senior citizens like me.
