[Resolved]  Revenue Department — patta issued wrongly

Iam Mrs. T. Esther Jeyarani, a widow, 55 years old. I have a daughter 21 years old. My husband passed away 11 years back .I am working as a teacher and somehow managed to educate my daughter. My husband has left a piece of land for us. Its all we have on earth. Due to financial issues, I dint construct anything so far on that land.The land was purchsed in the year 1989, june 6. I got all the relevant original documents. I have paid tax. There is no issues with EC.Recently when I applied for patta for that land. They cancelled my patta saying that the adjacent land owner has purchased a patta including this piece of land. Later when I investigated deeply. The owner has sold to our adjacent owner a land that includes a part of our land. he has documents for that. But still we were sold first and he is not supposed to include the sold measurements. The revenue department knows these issues. I have proof of the schedule of documents. I have spent 4 months stepping into all kind of government offices. But there is no proper response.Its all I have for my daughter's future. As a widow where will I get justice. What should I do?What will this Indian government do for people like me?

Sir, i am residing this residing at madipakkam, plot 82 Iyyappa nagar, lakeview main road, chennai 91, address for the past 23years. I purchased this land on 1987. It is approved
I got plan sanction for ground floor and first and contructed the house.I paid all the taxes regularly.
When I approached Tambaram tasildhar office for PATTA, they referred to loacal VAO.
I approached VAO for patta., he said my layout is coming under urban land ceiling. Then I went to assi.commissioner-Urban land ceiling for kancheepuram dist situated at ADAMBAKKAM, chennai
There I applied application for regularisation of plot under innocent borrower by affixing 100/- govt stamp. The officer from ULT has taken STATEMENT from me for acceptance
of paying govt fee(ie Rs, 250/ per sft). I got 3100 SFT.This has happened during MAY2009. ULT -adambakkm office forwarded the application to chekpauk ULT Office after few months.Then.
i went to URBAN LAND CEILING OFFICE, CHEPAUK, but i am getting only some negative answers .
staff from ULT-CHEPAUK was telling, clearance is not possible since there is a case against this layout (some of the residents FILED 3 WRIT PETIITION ).sir, I AM REALLY A INNOCENT AND I HAVE NOT filled any case, iam not a petitioner.I WANT TO PAY THE FEES TO THE GOVT.(RS.250/ PER SFT AS GOVT GO). ?, WHETHER I AM ELIGIBLE FOR GETTING CLEARANCE FROM ULT ?. I BEG YOU TO CLARIFY. PLEASE GUIDE ME HOW TO THE PATTA FOR RESIDENCE.

I do have the same problem of Mr.Asaithambi ( Under excess land ceiling act), my place is in ambattur but mine is an approved layout where in all the sides of my vacant plot - north, south, east and west of mine are holding patta and perfect approval with their houses constructed. I do not how my piece of land which is less than 1-1/2ground is under ceiling. I too have submitted relative papers to poonamallee revenue office in sep 2010.Though the act says repealed etc., Till now no response or action is being taken. I dont think so it can happen in ones life span. If anyone can help me to solve this issue pls. respond to [protected]@yahoo.com.
