[Resolved]  REVLON hair colour — results not as shown on the box

I am a regular customer of Revlon colour silk.I always use '41 medium brown' colour.I bought two boxes of this product.But this time i am not at all satisfied with your product.even after applying it for one hour,my hair remain the same with no grey coverage.I am astonished to see such thing happening in the product of such a reputed company.
I bought this from a very reputed outlet of ludhiana i.e. Mani Ram Balawant Rai,Ghumar mandi.
