I have been duped by becoming member to Revolution Express ,a Resturant at North Delhi belongs to some Shrish Pandey shown as M.D. The scheme as mentioned in membership booklet has tie up with certain Resturants mainly at Pithampura & Rohini area & promise to deliver food at low /Discounted rates by different schemes. Some provide at their Outlet & some have provision to deliver at doorstep.
The basic requirement was well defined to their sales rep. Mr.Naresh Kumar,who promised for delivery at our place by All Heaven,one of reknown outlet,as well their own outlet Revolution Express to be started by 10th April,2010.Surprisingly location area for delivery were also spelled out in membership booklet which includes Rana Pratap Bagh & Model Town -1. My location,Priyadarshni Vihar is located in between these 2 points. Under no circumstances,is at higher distance.
First attempt was taken with Revolution some time in third week of April.All no. given of Resturant were switched off. luckily one Customer care no. responded & apologise for reschedule in opening date. Subsequent try was made at All Heavens,who after noticing order refused to deliver at my location. It was offered to deliver at Specific location of Rana Pratap Bagh,spelled in booklet,which too was refused.
Intimation was given to sales rep,who is yet to revert back after checking from office.
Further attempt was made again at Revilution,who straight away refused to deliver at my location. Several request are already made to Mr. pandey thru mail as is always not accessable on given phone no.but no response. The mails sent during four occassions are available in record.
May i request concer4ned authority to intervene so as to get back my amount & take strict action against fraud company to protect other to get duped bynot accdepting lucrative offers given Was this information helpful? |
