[Resolved]  rexine bags — delay in delivery

i sent 2 pcs of rexine bags to jeddah from kolkata india on the 12.9.07, they promised me delivery wihin 3 working days, i requested them to do it in maximum 4 days as my brother for whom the parcel was meant had a business presentation and was leaving jeddah on the fourth day, despite postponing his trip he did not get the delivery and had to leave jeddah without his presentation and missed the deal, the parcel was delivered on the 18.9.07, does it take a reputed company like dhl 7 days to deliver after promising the client 3 days, we have suffered a great loss fianacially and to our reputation , the airway bill no is [protected], i can scan and send you the copy of the airway bill no, it was sent from kolkata , india , on the 12.9.07, i would appreciate a prompt reply thank you very much , jethanand mandani
