[Resolved]  Rh International Ltd Okhla, Delhi, South Delhi, Delhi — Did not clear my salary

I was an employee at this company.I gave resigned to manager on 10 September .But I extended my resigned .
But in next month , They terminate me with the issue of quality .
My I had nothing done wrong with the quality .
When I ask for the reason of terminate they told me to sign on terminate letter .
But I refused to do so .
When I asked about the proof of the quality.
They say that we will gave proof in court .
That was not a valid statement .

At that time I filled a full and final form , They informed me that you will get the fnf after 45 days .
But when I went their they said that you have to take appointment to meet the HR .
And they refused to give me any salary .
I worked over their more than one month extra .
They also hold my incentive of last month .
They are very rude and misbehaving with me .


It is not only in my case,but other ex-employees have also been doped on various grounds and their salaries being exempted.

But In some cases they gave the salary with the same case .
But when I go they say that in this case we will not gave you money .
That's totally wrong .

Such kind of misbehavior has been happening in this company, I doubt if the CEO knows.I am worried that this organization will keep going on like this fooling people.

They terminate me because they think that he is going to left the company so it7s better to terminate him and eat his salary .

The company is totally scam .
They call UK peoples till 10 o clock in UK means our time 2 or 3 o clock
that's not allowed
or its totally scam.
They also do scam things on phone .



Their oldest employees have been terminated on a random day on pointless basis.(their policy says that people of two different departments cannot interact with each other,did not know that includes even *OUTSIDE THE PREMISES*). Such loyal employees have been treated this way.Their have been numerous terminations and deliberate or not wanting resignations.If one looks into their statistics they will know how many hiring take place in this company in a month,although the seats are fixed and limited,but the person on the seat is not.


Is their any legal action I or all the ex-employees together can take?
This is No Justice, we all have worked so hard and have been treated like this.


They grab my salary and[protected] thousand is not a small amount for me ..

Kindly take action against this company
And gave me the resolution .
