This is a false information. He know the business strategy to fulfill the customer requirement your totally mistaken. Each and every costume designer will charge the money for their spending the time with us. I think this is your first time to make the suits.

People who are all the regular customer with him is fully rich people and cine actor's so this information is too bad for us to bare. So don't put any wrong information for your self motto. we had looked more than a 8-12 suits for my business("IT"). Rich n Royal showed me the best in designing the costumes for the customer satisfaction.

This Shop is store.. He talks very rudely with the customer. Just dial is referring this store because they are premium vendor to them. Store doesnt have any rentel dress. He will try to convince us to buy suits very smartly.. Pakka fraud store.. Guys please be aware of this store..

Yeah he is fraud, the way he is talking to the customer is very bad, and also the way he treats his employees in his stores is very bad. He is using unwanted words if we denies his products. Please do some necessary action immediately.

Last week me n my husband went to Rich n Royal store at West Mambalam to buy a designer suit for my husband for our wedding anniversary. The moment we entered d shop the girls at d store asked us to wait as d attender was busy talking to another customer. More than 20 mints we waited n d owner of d store stepped in. The way he looked at us was sickening. He made my husband try a suit which we liked a lot. We told d owner tat we were impressed n were ready to buy it. He said it is 30k n we accepted. But d next moment he humiliated in front of other customers tat he doesn't want to give any suits to us saying my husband's physic doesn't fit to any of his ready made suits. We were shocked. He gave an option to buy a suit for one lakh with 50% discount. It was a v old fashioned suit n d material was v bad. The jerk passed unwanted comments which we couldn't stand anymore. As I disclosed tat am from d media his total behavior changed. His tone changed n he suggested us to stitch a suit which would cost us 75k. Felt like slapping him for treating us like idiots. The bitter experience for us. The owner of d store tries to sell his unsold old stock suits to his customers. Out of dis bitter experience I would request people not to go to d shop to spoil their good mood.
As we left d store with anger the owner of the store sent one of his female staff to convince us. I didn't want to express my anger to tat poor girl instead told her calmly tat we were not interested. Never in my life have I met a such a cheap minded guy( owner of d store)
Never ever visit dis store i[censored] want to spend d day happy n peaceful.

The store owner Ramesh cheated us 26, 800 by stitching a local 3rd grade material.. Even their stitching is not good..
They have spoiled my wedding Reception suit! Now I have spent another 25, 000 in a different shop.
Please don’t waste your money by going to this cheap 3rd rated shop. They re not professional. Cheating customers by taking photos along with all celebrities and Actors

Above information are false. The store who has a best quality suits for affordable price. I bought a designer suits for my marriage, Rich N Royal show me a lot of best designer suits for my wedding day. on that auspicious day i look like prince.

Best outfit and nice collection

I don't know about treating customers badly but the quality of the suit will be worst and he will be interested only in making money. He treats his employees very very badly and the product he sells is not worth the money. Better to avoid people like him. Shameless ### fleecing money and does lot of drama.
