[Resolved]  Right To Information Act Is Disobeyed Our Pcda (Navy) — Insufficient infortion is informed by Pension cell

Dear Sir,

1. I, Jagbir Singh, U/Nvk(Wtr), No. 03675-H an employee of Indian Coast Guard. My stepping up of pay case was forwarded to PCDA(Navy) Coast Guard Section, Mumbai by Bureau of Naviks, Cheetah Camp, Mumbai vide letter No. 403 dated 04 Jun 09. The case has not still been settled by Coast Gaurd Section at PCDA(Navy).

2. The outlines of the case is as follows:-

3. It is submitted On receipt of SOE 11/2008 in respect of the above mentioned enrolled personnel, it has been found that Pay in the Pay Band in respect of Subhash Das, U/Nvk(RO), NO. 03638-T has been fixed Rs. 7960 /- with Grade Pay Rs. 2400 /-. 4. It is understood that the date 01 Jan 2006 has made a difference between both the enrolled personnel and there is a need to step up of pay in respect of Jagbir Singh, U/Nvk(Wtr), No. 03675-H w.e.f 01 Jan 06 (Date of promotion of Junior) and pay is to be stepped up to Rs. 3795 /- . On implementation of 6th Pay Commission, the same basic pay to be fixed at Rs. 7060 /- with grade pay of Rs. 2400 /- and thereafter as shown in the table from sl. (j) to (m). G.S.R. 622(E) of Part-II-Sec. 3(i) of the Gazette of India : Extraordinary dated 29 Aug 08, Note 10 (Copy enclosed) refers in this regard.

5. It is requested that necessary directivies may be issued to settle the case at the earliest.

i have passed out as mechnician on oct 2006. it is a department promotion or as new recurit. i was enrolled in coast guard in 19997. how will my pay be fixed.
