I have some doubt in my mind regarding your service:-
1. Is there any system at your end to call valued customers time to time at least 1st year of purchase and get there feed back/queries/after sale services/satisfaction related to dealers/product/company?
If yes, why I have not yet received a single call from your end.
If not, try to introduce it to provide good after sale services to your customers.
2. Is there any system at your end to keep a watch on your dealer's Car service centres to ensure how good they are providing after sales service?
3. I must say that at least Bimal Auto Agency, Adabari, Guwahati not maintaining proper que for car wash/servicing and even they are registering huge no of vehicles for serving for a single day far beyond there capacity, resulting bad customer care/wash etc. moreover, a whole day program for a customer even he gets the the serial no.1. It is not true that they are giving 2 to 3 hrs for a single vehicle. But thing is that they are having a bad management.

ritz — poor dealing
i gone to gulzar motors for a test ddrive to buy a new car ...but there dealing is so poor ..they asked me for test drive and i waited for 2 days an caling them for test drive but they are nt giving me response ..akash dhir
