This is to bring to your kind notice the irregularities and the irresponsible behaviour of the above said agency towards their consumers.
(1) I have been trying to book my cylinder from the last 25-26 days, but I am unable to contact any of their numbers. Either the phones are ringing or busy.
(2) The online booking has been done from the last 22 days ,but is of no use.
(3) The cylinders when delivered are not completely filled as the weight of the body of cylinder is more than the gas in that.
(4) The seals are tampered.
(5) The washers in the cylinders are in filthy condition and so cause leakage.
(6) The customer services by this agency is null.
We the customers of this foresaid company are seriously facing problems.
Sir, I would like you to to take this matter seriously and do the needful.
