PROBLEMS IN GAS BOOKING

M/s Rohini Enterprieses located at ist floor of Durga Market, Naharpur, Rohini having tele nos as[protected],[protected] mobile as [protected] (these nos are printed on their delivery slips) are the suppliers of refilled gas cylinders. Unfortunately our supplies are tied up thru this agency whose any of these numbers would always remain "busy" or NO REPLY.
Our continuous tries some time for weeks together do not succecced in passing on the booking for refilling our cylinder. We have been facing this problem for years. Our visits always results in heated arguments but their communication systems never improves. It appears the agency in the habit of discouraging consumer by adopting the no response mechanism. It is impossible that we should always visit personally for our requirements once the telephone numbers are available. We have tried to book thru IOC CONSUMER SERVICE, and the telephone numbers of this service would also either remain busy or no reply. On line booking number asks for the telephone number of agency to proceed and while we give above numbers, the voice declares these numbers are not of any of their valid agency. IT IS A GREAT DILLEMA FOR US TO BOOK FOR THE REFILLING THROUGH THIS AGENCY. CAN THE APPROPRIATE AUTHORITIES HELP US AND TAKE THIS AGENCY TO TASK FOR SUCH PATHETIC BEHAVIOUR OF THE AGENCY.

my no. is RG 16459

rohini enterprises has provide us four phone numbers but when we tries to book our gais, all phone shows NO REPLY .

most of time we have to go in office personally and book our gais .

plz make sure for good response .

I also agree with the complaint. Most of the customer of Rohini Gas Enterprise is facing same problem.

Rohini Enterprises Gas agency me gas book karwana relly a big headache, ya to phone nahi milte or agar mil jaye to koi bhi pick nahi karta.

even the phone no.[protected] hrs booking no.) always remain busy or no response.n the other no. of 24 hrs booking 25611031 saying ur consumer no. is not correct, contact ur dealer. today i'm facing the problem of gas leakage from the cylinder which i installed in the morning. still in vain. i don't know wat can i do?

We are strongly agree with the comments made above. Even booking thru SMS is also horrible. On the receipt it is given that dial *501*107275*consumernumber#, but after sending this SMS we got the reply that distributor number is invalid and catching the people over the phone is nightmare. Registration on the website address given on the receipt www.tomogas.com/iocl is cucumbersome

It is really a big problem to book gas to Rohini Enterprises. Telephone numbers always remin busy. Sometimes we try continuously more than half an hour but couldn't find the number. Could the higher authorities take step to streamline it.

i am also a consumer of rohini enterprises naharpur rohini delhi no body pick phones no repply delivery man do as he wish which staff is sitting in agencies when they are girls but they are just illitrate and has no way of talking i want to know where we do complaint or where we go, which sites are for complaint they also just like this type if you can not take any action please shut your site.atleast tell your coustomer where they go.

Rohini Enterprises — BOOKING OF GAS

My consumer no. is RT 03918 may be corrected in the phone numbers[protected] and [protected] because when i used above mentioned phone numbers for booking purpose i never received Gas Cylinder. therefore you are requested to book my gas bearing number RT 03918 and send gas immediately.
