[Resolved]  Ronak Automobiles — Misbehaving , Wrong information about the headlight failure.

I went to Ronak Automobiles which is placed at naroda this morning. Headlite of my bike was ok this morning....& I signed in the job card..
But when I wenr there at evenig they told me that your bike's headlight is broken.I argued wid them a lot but they took it so lightly..
& one of them named : "RAJ" was saying that "jo ho skta he ukhad lena"
This is so ridiculous way of talking to any customer..I would like to say that take some proper steps...Ene manager of Ronak Automobile was not serious about the customer's concern..
