I have purchase a mobile TRI SIM 633 from naaptol through on line payment.
I have a made a payment (on 1302.2010) Rs 4699/- for TRI sim 633 , and i received a defective product (charger & battery is not working), After that i have send return the product in naaptol on 03.03.2010, After some Days I received a product (on 31.03.2010) E phone 3300 (Dual sim), but i have payment made for the TRI SIM 633.
I have lock the complaint in your customer care centre for replacement the product. SO I have Re-send the product in naap tol on 2.04.2010
So I requested to you pl return my payment amount 4699/- in my Account
