ROSE FINANCE — false advertising and fraud

I was looking for a loan o help my uncle in his medical expenses. I found an advetisment in a news paper with promise of processing loan in 10 days. I went there office at Azadpur metro station behind akash cinema in office number 411. They asked for 2800 file charge and siad file will he completed within 5 working days. I received a call from them after 10 workin days asking to pay 6000 for file processing fee. I went there on 22 April 2013 and submitted the charge. They assured me the loan will be processed within 7 working days. I chased them very badly and after 1 and half month I received verification call. The caller assured me that every thing is all right and to talk to Mr. Vishal in there office. I called on his number and theagreement paperer was not in service! Dont forget that I have contacted him several times. I went the office again and they assured the mobile was misplaced so number was closed, however, he was holding same blackberry mobile in his hand. In the mean time he asked me to provide al the document s and a blank self attested stamp paper (agreement paper). I then lost my uncle due to cancer. I went home and he advised me that once I will be back in delhi the loan procedure will be completed. I went his office after coming to delhi. He assured me that the loan will be completed by end of August. Please mind that the loan was supposed to be completed within 10 working days. U waited and called him several time but evety time call was not answered. Now the number is again out of service and this was provided by the end of july. I went there office approximetly 10 times and every time it cost me more than 100 rupies. I have submitted there 8800 rupies. I have lost my uncle because of them as I was not able to help him in the treatment. I request to charge them for fraud, false advirtisment, not fulfilling there promise and I want compensation of 200000 for losing my familt member. Please dont forget I am not the only one. There are to many peoples named there client.
