I completely agree with the complaint written above. Even I took the same work, converting PDF file to MS Word, and gave them security amount of Rs 1800. I completed the work exactly as per their guidelines and sent them the completed work 1 day before the deadline. However they sent back a meaningless report mentioning that my accuracy is below 90% and so my security money will not be refunded. I am well educated and proficient in MS Office. There is no chance of any mistake in my work.
This whole thing is a fraud scheme of fooling people in the name of formatting work. They give random PDF articles downloaded from the internet and ask people to format them in MS Word according to some stupid guidelines. Their criteria for payment and returning the security amount is that your accuracy has to be above 90%. But then whoever submits his/her work, they always reply by saying that your accuracy is below 90%. There is no chance to check if what they are saying is correct or not. So they forfeit everybody's security amount of Rs. 2000.
Anybody who is trying for such type of work, please don't get yourself fooled. This ROYAL INDIA and all other similar formatting companies are fraud.

Guys, please dont fall into the trap of ROYAL INDIA or other similar formatting companies. Your security money will never come back.

m also duped by this "ROYAL INDIA"...i just want to save other people's time and money.
as i have wasted my money and time...i completed that formatting work by working even 24 hours continuously...and i think that there could hardly 10 or 15% errors..and after 1 week of submission i received a courier that i have made more than 90% errors..

I have had the same experience with Royal India. They are completely fraud and nobody should ever trust them. Despite of the accurate work I delivered to them on time, they have the motive of getting their work done for free with an extra earning of the registration fee of 1800 Rs. They have given the result with false errors which I never made and people working there are so rude that it is a waste of time dealing with them. It is owned by some Sandeep Aggarwal who is behind fooling people making people work for hime without paying them.

I also deposited Rs.1800/- to join with them. They promised support over phone on day time, but every time when I call they ask to call some time later. I am familiar with MS Office and page formatting. When I sent the job by hand, they checked it and said OK. Later they sent a report saying YOUR ACCURACY IS NEGATIVE AND BELOW 90%. It is so frustrating, they do not give any support and send a report your accuracy is negative to forfeit the amount. I THINK WE SHOULD APPROACH THE COURT OR POLICE TO TAKE NECESSARY ACTION AGAINST THEM.

After seeing their ad, I called them. Their address was wrongly printed in the ad. Only two female staff was there. No Name plate was there. The madam said they are there for the last 3 years by doing the job. I already discussed about such fraud business. I could not trust them 100%, but for a testing I paid them Rs.1, 800/- and she given me receipt for Rs.1750/- She gave me a CD containing 3 pdf files (13.pdf, 55Resources.pdf, Game.pdf) containing around 95 pages in total. I have a good speed in Computer operation. I worked around 4-5 hours in the night and completed the job in four days. Then I called the helpline number for some queries, but he was busy whenever I call. Then I called the madam to clear some queries, but was not ready to extend any help. I Worried, then I checked myself and given the job in CD. After 4 days I received a Courier mentioning mistakes in all pages. As per them my job was below 90% accuracy. SO, THE REGISTRATION MONEY IS FORFEITED, AND NO COMPENSATION FOR MY HARD WORK. If we do the job as per their written instruction, later they will say it is wrong. NO ONE IS AVAILABLE FOR CLARIFICATION. I REQUEST THE AUTHORITIES TO CHECK THE GENUINENESS OF "ROYAL INDIA, 806, VIKAS DEEP TOWER, LAXMI NAGAR DISTRICT CENTRE, DELHI-110092. MOB. I have also completed there work and i am waiting for the payment to be made ...but if they don't i will take police with me to there office and try my best to save my money!
I agree...the same happened with me BUT this one is from Kalkaji B Block. i gave Rs 1680 around 2 months back and also submitted my work. Please dont trust any typing work.
