Royal Indian Raj Corporation — RGVILLAS SCAM!!

TO ALL RGVILLAS CUSTOMERS,

I am customer with Royal India Raj and have invested a lot of money with there rgvillas project which I doubt will ever take of. I bought the property Medina in 2006 when the company was promoting Vijay Amritraj heavily. Being naive I got sucked into buying the property and paid the money in full to avail the 30% discount. Now there is no Amritraj/Nickalaus/Steven Seagal and the company is even banned from Marketing in BC CANADA. Read articles below:

I had asked RIRIC to refund my money in August 2008 and they bluntly refuse to do so. I am warning all potential investors out there who want to invest in this project or are going to start their installment payments.

PLEASE DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY ON THIS PROJECT!! YOU WILL NOT GET ANY RETURNS AND WILL LOOSE THE PRINCIPLE AS WELL. ONCE THEY HAVE YOUR MONEY KISS IT GOOD-BYE.

If you want any further information and still have doubts on the validity of the post please contact me at [protected]@yahoo.com. I can provide you 100's of email exchanges I had with the company executives to refund my money and their continual refusal to do so.

Again I am a customer of RGVILLAS who has been duped of his blood sweat money and want to help others customers from getting duped.

Royal Indian Raj International is for certain a pre-meditated con job conducted by hollow pathetic losers, who think that money is going to make them happy.If they knew how others look down upon them they would crawl back under the rocks they slithered out from under and never show their evil faces again.

Criminal charges and prison time is their only hope of redemption to pay for the curses they have called down upon themselves.

With dozens of plaintiffs bringing lawsuits against them any customer or investor who does not take legal action quickly will be left out in the cold with no chance to recoup their "investments" in this pre-meditated fraud.

If you are a customer or investor who has been duped in India or abroad you have a hope of some sort of justice in appealing to the Bangalore police to arrest this corrupt group.

The following will evidence will be helpful and appreciated by the Bangalore Police in bringing the directors and officers of Royal Indian Raj to justice:

- a copy of your booking agreement;
- copies or bank statements of cheques, or money transfers sent to Royal Garden Villas Bangalore;
- all emails between you and your salesperson;
- a written list of phone conversations (dates and what was discussed) with your salesperson or any employee of RGV or Royal Indian Raj.

After 5 year exhaustive review of Royal Indian Raj and It's Afilliate Companies - The British Columbia Securities Commission has officially dropped all charges and allegations of fraud and any wrongdoings on May 15 th 2010 against the companies and Individuals involved.

This message is to all concerned clients and shareholders.

The company has never refused to refund the money. All customers will be refunded their money as per the booking agreement which clearly states that the reund will be made when their released unit is put for sale and sold.
