I will suggest you to make written complaint in Company Head Office regarding Non availability of the service from the agent. Company will take appropriete action against the concern agent and will provide you alternate way to deposit your renewal with office.

Royal twinkle star club — non receipt of payment
I was investing 1000 per month in Royal twinkle plan, i invested on april 2010 for 3 years, and it was due on 19th april. Now its over due by 1 month and yet i have not received my payment and agent is giving humbug excusses. please dont invest in this company Hi
I have not received the payment from Royal twinkle till now
the due was December 2015 and its more then 1 year.
They are keep on saying will be getting your payment.
But they are every time keep on changing the dates.
Want to know whether we will receive our payment
if yes then for which years and by what time.
Its not only I am going through this there are number of people
