This is Guna working in a private company and i am doing ICWA course in RR acadamy chennai.
There are two groups in that course i.e Group1 & Group 2. I registered for both groups and i paid for group 1 alone first and the classes starts for group1. Due to working time changes in my office i was not able to avail Group 2 class so i didnt pay fees for the Group2 class, now the institute owner asking me to pay for Group 2 even though i have not attend single class. and now he is not allowing me to attend Group 1 class also where i paid full amount for the same. If i go to Group 1 class that security is not allowing me inside.
Kindly look into this issue and provide solution for this, since only two more months are there to complete this batch need your urgent intervention to help me out.Being an educational institution they are behaving like a local fish market vendors that made me to come to complain if any other place except education i would have not come over here to complaint.it should be a leason for others or for themself atleast.
