[Resolved]  Rs. 10 stamp paper — Against the vendors selling Rs. 10 stamp paper in Rs. 20

I am S. Manoharan, residing in Palavanthangal, Chennai-600114. I bought 2 stamp papers valued Rs. 20 each. The Licensed stamp vendor P. Narayanamurthy, Alandur, Chennai, L.No. 20520 / B/ 8 charged me Rs. 50. What is the commission rate per Rs.20 stamp? He is charging Rs.10 as commission.

Rs. 10 stamp paper is being blacked in Rs. 20
openly subpressing that paper by the vendors.
Vendor is Shankarlal kushwah address 77/5 Pardeshipura, Indore.

I am Anil Kumar Sharm residing in North Delhi at Phool Bagh, Nathupura Delhi - 110036. I bought 3 e-stamp papers valued Rs.10+10 and Rs.100/- vide certificate No.IN-DL[protected]L. The licensed stamp vendor Balaji stamp vendor his Account reference No. is IMPACC(Iv)/dl736903/Delhi/DL-DLH.They have printed ordinary paper in liue of executive bond paper i.e. duplicate paper printed to the all customer. When I have to go to the SDM Office at Nayabans, Narela, Delhi -110036 for attested then they have return my e-stamp paper and tell me your paper is issued duplicate.
Kindly suggestion to the vendor that do not sell duplicate paper for e-stamp.

This is absolutely true. Not only in specific area, but also in whole of the country, venders are charging extra money for e-stamps. But, this all is under knowledge of administration.Maximum venders do not use any identification notice board at their place.The administration has not provided any phone no. or email id's for complaint even on internet.The public has no choice other than to give excess payment. In interior areas, people are charged even Rs.50 for Rs 10 stamp paper.
Remedy:

1. Their should be provision to download e-stamp directly by using cards or net banking without any lengthy process.( Govt. can save a huge commission goes towards venders).

2. An identification notice board with selling rate of e-stamp paper(including/excluding printing paper, internet and printing cost), valid contact no/e.mail ids of related officers must be endorsed.
