RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD — THE LAPTOP IS STILL WITH THEM SINCE LAST 17 OCTOBER 2008

Since no reply from your side...I like to say

I had bought this Laptop on 8th day of June 2007...about 1 1/2 month back...and now your people says me to buy a new one as my laptop will take long time to repair...so this is how you cheat the customers by selling them dumped products...and beside repairing it in time you suggest them to buy a new product...

I have paid Rs.7500.00 as warranty...even my days of warranty period are getting shotter day by day as you people are not repairing it on time...

Even my Business is getting hamper...a lot of documents are there in the laptop which are urgently required for my business purpose...and many more work to du.

Your people are taking no intrest in my laptop...not even you are replying my E-mail...

Now if I get No reply...i will take legal action about it...

RT OUTSOURCING SERVICES LTD — Collected payment for Lenovo Guarantee

The above named company collected a sum of Rs 4500 from me for providing an extended waranty for my Lenovo Laptop. The payment was made by account payee cheque No 229833 dated[protected] of SBI, Vasant Vihar, New Delhi.
Thereafter they were required to send me the documents for the waranty.
The contact numbers mentioned by them were[protected]/1, 41615445 Fax:41615448 and the address D-1/3 Okhla Industrial Area Phase II, New Delhi - 110020.

Now the company's contact numbers are not reachale.

dear sir. i have employes in rt outsorcing services ltd in kota. I have regian 31.08.2010 & submit my epf docoment same date. bt I have not receive my p/f in my acount.
