I had booked flat in proposed construction of project Shivdi which was launced by Mr. Madhukar Rupji and Mr. Tejal Rupji of M/s. Rupji Constructions. Even after SIX year, no construction had taken place. When i demanded return of my initial booking amount, the same was not returned till now. I need to file consumer case against the builder for return of money. Requesting everybody be careful before dealing with this builder.

I Mr. Deilip Khade have the company letter of G.C.I. ENTERPRISES, MY CONFUSION IS I WANT TO ENQUIRE ABOUT TELEPHONE NO OF THE DELHI BR. OFFICE I had booked flat in proposed construction of project named, Wakdi Chawl Project which was launced by Mr. Madhukar Rupji and Mr. Tejal Rupji of M/s. Rupji Constructions. Even after four year, no construction had taken place. When i demanded return of my initial booking amount, the same was not returned even after one year. I have filed consumer case against the builder for return of money. Requesting everybody be careful before dealing with this builder.

HI, Have you got any amount back ? I am also one of the victim of this project, trying to find people from same project for solvency plea. If you can pls. revert with your number to coordinate
With reference to above subject complaint we hereby inform that the said Complaint is false, vexatious, frivolous, baseless and that the allegations made are vague, misleading and false we categorically denies the same. Main purpose of the said Complaint is to somehow harass us and they try to extort money from us.

Please note this is an false allegation given by the said person. M/s Rupji Constructions has not launched any such project at Shivdi and we do not have any booking of the concerned person i.e Mr.Abhishek V Alle in any of our ongoing projects or going to launch projects. All Builders, Developers & Consumers be aware of such faulty persons posting their false complaints to hamper and tarnish the reputation of such builder. As per IRDA calls for the Insurance which is warned by Police and Consumers which are affected to be protected by such act of malafide persons to be noted for official complaints.

The flat has been booked in the name of my Brother in Law not on Mr.Abhishek V Alle
The allegation can be proved and backed by documents, the project was launched without permissions and flats sold without permissions and necessary approvals. The payments done for booking the flat can be proved through bank statements and Cheque clearances, so kindly do not play down the allegation by mentioning it as a false allegation. The partial refund done by yourself are also recorded in our bank statements for further probing. The balance refund is still pending since 2010 and there has been no commitment or confirmation on the same. The builders do not understand the plight of common people who have invested the entire life's savings in building a home and have been duped and harassed for their rights and when questioned you are pointing out that the allegations are false?? If you have any proof to prove that this is a false allegation which can counter my allegations please produce them. Anyways from the comments on other people complains, it is quite obvious that any complain is being termed as wrong allegation by you. There is no acceptance or repentance.
According to you the article in the newspaper will also be a false allegation isn't it?

This Tejal Rupji guy has no respect left for hi even in Pune
He is a fraud guy. roams around in benz with driver. soft spoken. were funny closthes, ie red shirt etc. tried to rent out a flat in pune for his mistress, never paid deposit. he got a friend in karve nagar who intervened and closed the matter. worst guys to deal with.
