Dear Sir,
I have a savings account in S.B.I. Diphu Branch (Assam) with account no.[protected]. I was provided an A.T.M. Card (no.[protected] four months back. But I cann't access my card with the provided PIN from the very begining. I applied for a duplicate PIN through my bank. But yet I've not got the duplicate PIN.
Later on I approched my bank for several times. But their response is not good. Still I am unaware about the status of processing of my duplicate PIN.
