one day one executive name Ms Kavita from s b i credit card called and send one executive he fillup form and then twice phone come for my details confirmation then message also come that you will receive credit card but yet not received and bill come my name is vaishalini desai, i am from ahmedabad

s b i credit card — faulty bill
I am a acredit card holder n am not providing the details of my card for safty purpose.However,if need be, I shall provide it at your request later.My problem is that the bill that has been sent to me dated 03/11/07 shows my total outstanding amount as Rs. 17,712.47 /- where as when I checked out the same through 24 Hour phone facility it was some where around Rs. 1,700/-.Please confirm me my correct balance.
As far as I am concerned I do not think I have any balance due from my side.However, this questin shall be raised later i.e. only after I am able to confirm my actual balance due.
