[Resolved]  S.B.I. Hazaribagh, Jharkhand. — Settlement of claim - BO: Hazaribagh (Jharkhand)

It is more than two years since claim papers in respect of deposit held in my mothers name Late Sita Devi were deposited into your Hazaribagh branch after completion of all formalities but the same has not yet been settled for reasons best known to the branch officials. My borhter, Sri Arvind Kr. Sinha, is in a private job working at Hazaribagh and has been authorised by all the legal heirs, had visited your office not less than fifty times during this period. You are aware that in private service the employees are not that much free as in other institutions. Every visit to your office cost him some peny and employer's ire on the other hand. The matter was also brought into the notice of A.G.M., of the concerned Region around two months back despite that the claim has not yet settled.
