This is regards with an individual (Mr S K Sharma - Ghansoli) who took Rs 30000.00 from me in terms of getting me an SSI Certificate & a Bank loan for Business, i have paid him through cheque & after several efforts he paid me a cheque as a refund of my Money for no work done, but his cheque bounced, if i go to the court it will take ages to get this sorted, is there any way that i can get my money back, as after the cheque bounced he ignores my calls & when i send my employee to his office at Ghansoli, he frightens them, is there a way do suggest if yes i can provide with exact details. Also, people be aware of such people, the guy in a north Indian & he his tall dark, his visiting card would mention as he is an MBA & B.E., regards Was this information helpful? |
