booked the ticket from redbus website on 6th march to travel from Bangalore to Hyderabad on 8 th March by SRS travels under PNR No. TS-RB868640/1415055 and redbus ticket No. TE[protected] and the seat No. is allotted as 22 ( window seat ) In the name of Mrs. Ananta Lakshmi. When i entered the bus the other person came and told that the seat No. 22 is allotted to him. When i checked surprisingly the same No. is allotted to him also. The window seat is booked by me as per my requirement in advance as i am comfortable only with window seat. But the bus management is supported the other person and forced us to sit on other seat No. 9 which is not a window seat. We have also requested them to allot any of the window seat, but they have not yet considered and told that if you want to do the journey you have to sit only on seat No. 9 only, other wise take a call. I have also requested them to change the bus and allot the window seat, i am ready to pay the difference for the same. Even this request also they have not considered. Then i don't have any choice and left the bus without travelling. I felt very bad as i have experienced this kind of treatment from the bus operator on 100 th international Women's day.
Requested to take suitable action against bus operator for issuing double tickets to single seat and giving this kind of bad treatment. Was this information helpful? |
