[Resolved]  Sachin Gas Service — poor gas services

worst service .i am also struggling to get away with sachin gas and take a new connection.

i s.d.bhatnagar booked cylinderat sachin gas service, amar colonly new delhi, i have 40-50 times make phone they never pick the phone, when the booked the cylinder they said cylinder delivered after 15 day my consumer no is 4204. every time the delivered cylinder after25 day on booking

i am a citizen of lajpat nagar-II i called up the agency 1000 times after booking my gas cylinder. they do not pick up the call even after having 4 numbers.

Poor and unacceptable gas services

I am a resident of CRRI, Staff Colony, Maharani Bagh, New Delhi-110065. I have a gas connection consumer Registration no. 17397 at Sachin Gas Service, Amar Colony, New Delhi, Tel. Nos. 26462463, 26211041, [protected], [protected].

The service of gas is very poor of Sachin Gas Agency. The Agency delivers gas cylinder at least in 15 days. But this time I have booked gas cylinder on 02.03.2010 and still upto 18.03.2010, the gas cylinder is not delivered at my residence.

The Tel. Nos. of gas agency are busy every time. Every time the dealing assistant told that the gas cylinder will be delivered tomorrow.

I want to ask why there is delay in delivering a Cylinder on time. Why evertime middle class family have to suffer because of them. Why nobody is taking action against them.

Please help me to sort out my problem
