SAF YEAST COMPANY PRIVATE LIMITED — PENSION NOT GETTING FROM 2002

I have worked in Saf Yeast Co. Ltd, 419 Swastick Chamber, Umarshi Bappa Chow Chembur Mumbai, and my PF a/c no. MH/22943/284.

I have applied for pension under the optional pension scheme due to at present iam not working any ware. i should be get pension from Aug-2002.

My date of Birth 14th July 1952 and Date of Leaving Job was 05.02.1998
