It is observed from the above statement that out of the four scrips shown transferred to Client Id 00129517 DP Id 16010100 against Settlement No. NSE-N-2004059 on 26/03/2004 only three credited to BO’s Account with Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. on 21/04/2004. A copy of Account Statements issued by you as well as Stock Holding Corporation of India Ltd. highlighting therein the grievance is enclosed herewith for your ready reference and immediate action.
25 scrips of Maruti Udyog Limited (ISINId INE585B01010) are not credited to my Account in spite of repeated requests in person and through representatives even after the lapse of more than seven years which deprived me of all the dividends declared and paid by the company during this period in addition to causing trading opportunity loss.
You are hereby finally requested to please afford immediate credit of said 25 scrips to my account and pay the amount of dividends paid by the Company after 26/03/2004 till the date you afford credit of the scrips to my Dmate Account with interest @ the highest Bank Term Deposit rate prevailed during the said period compounded quarterly.
If I fail to get proper response from you even after this written request within fifteen days from the date of receipt of this letter, I shall have no option but to initiate legal action against you preferably criminal for defrauding. Filing FIR with Police will be the most preferred option.
