It is very humiliating for Your time and effort.
Working as a vendor for them is the very bad experience in every aspect.

we are working with them satisfactorily. They are providing work without fail. If I failed to meet the deadlines, and accuracy, it causes problem with them. It can be acheived thru there proper training. Also they are charging nominal registration charges per system . Some agents/ acting consultants (Not promoted by SBL) cheats the vendors

Yes. True. True. True. Very True. SBL is a big, big fraud. They will give you lollipop and loot you. They will get the work done and will not pay citing quality issues and rejections. You will be not be live or already dead until you receive payment from them. Stay Away From Them. Otherwise, it will be a SUICIDE.

I was searching for some BPO projects and I come here. We are doing business with Sai BPo services now.
We faced the same problems a few months ago and even were planning to stop our business.

We met the people at Sai BPO and explained our problem. They said the process is very tough and we will need training to get this working.
Understanding our issues, they sent a person to train us. We still struggled for 2-3 months but now we are working smoothly.

Please try to let them know your concern by meeting them and they can solve it.

I never faced any problem with the payment. But sometimes it was late but they paid me.
