Sai Computers — mother board issue

there is a problem in my mother board. i have handed over to them on 1/9/2012. after that i have made many calls to sai computers regarding my mother board issue. they asked me to give a call with the status of that. but i didnt get not even single call from them so far.

kindly replace my mother board.
