[Resolved]  Sai Enterprises — Inferior quality of materials used inside the Flat

I had booked a 3BR flat for 95 Lakhs at tharwani rosewood Plot No 270 Sector 10,Kharghar. Builder Sai Enterprises,M/s. Tharwani Realty ,310 - 313, 3rd Floor, Persipolis Plot No. 74, Sector 17, Vashi, Navi Mumbai.
Entire payments100% (PDC)for Flat No 203 has been done on 16th Dec2011 .As per the rule before taking the possession I was suppose to make final inspection on 16th dec 2011 and during inspection we observed major defects in the flat and wanted him to rectify .For last 40 Days I have personally visited the site and requested him to handover the flat for final inspection but he is not doing the same and only asking for time. I am under terrible financial problem and under mental stress because of this.

Following where the defects which was high lighted to Site incharge Mr Pankaj,Mr Mathews and also the owner of the company.
Uneven flooring in the Living Area and slope.
Broken Tiles.
Rusted washbasin.
Slope of terrace is faulty in the Bedroom with terrace .Water logging in one of the corner was observed during rainy season..
Bathroom fitting flush found broken in toilets
Wooden Frame of doors are broken and it has been simply painted to hide the defects.
Wall peeling in the master bedroom/Guest room. From outside it looks good but will fall in a month time.
Bathroom fitting/ water Filter have been used by painters and was informed to the site in-charge.
All Sliding doors for balcony are of poor quality and had asked him to rectify the same.
All Electrical switches have been painted and looks like old switches.

we took 15lines on 25th Feb 2008, from Mr Sarfaraz Shaikh, team leader in thane(mumbai) Dst and Vaibhav Hirlangar his Sales manager in thane(mumbai) Dst, they gave wrong comitted to us, and didnt gave me any documents for this. Now our lines are disconnected with out any intimating and your person not even responding me, and also your web world.
So i am not ready to pay your bill amount without this calirification.
VGN BUILDER IS A CHEAT IN CHENNAI-Totally inferior quality of work. All flats have seepages in the wall resulting in avoidable additional work which the builder has refused. All people who bought the flat are going to the cionsumer court for getting justice. Project-VGN MINERVA, MOGGAPPAIR, CHENNAI

Mr. Jamshed has habit of making malicious compliants on everyine he come acrosses in life. If you are so frustrated why dont you surrender your flat and take the refund of your payment. why live in a defective flat. You will not, because Minerva has appreciated more than 100% in last 2 years and will appreciate further. So stop bull . All of them are aware of your sickening attitude in the project and the day light robbery you are planning with Ramesh and Soupramaniam. SO start taking the truth.
