We are working as Computer operators/Housekeeping services on contract basis in different wages of Corporate Office, APCPDCL, 6-1-50, Mint compound, hyderabad through Private Agency M/s.SAI KRISHNA ASSOCIATES. We here with submitting the following few lines for kind consideration.
M/s. SAI KRISHNA ASSOCIATES is an agency hiring man power in various wings of APCPDCL with approximate strength of 140 members. The agency is claiming the monthly remuneration bill from the concerned drawing and disbursing officer duly producing fake EPF/ESI challans every month. We have enquired in the EPF office and we came know that the contractor is not remitting EPF contribution to the EPF authorities and also not remitting the periodical returns.
We humbly request the benign authority to cause suitable instructions to the concerned officers to ensure the statutory obligations of remittances of EPF every month.
